Returns & Refunds

If your kit arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace the missing items or refund you.

Unused kits

Unopened kits may be returned within 7 days of delivery. The delivery fee is not refundable.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used kits cannot be returned.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through UPayments.
